What is Pravasea?
Pravasi is a Gujarati(a language spoken by many people from India, which is the state language of the Gujarat region) word that refers to Traveler in English. And Pravasea is my version of that word.
Why Pravasea and not Pravasi?
I don’t love solo traveling but I don’t hate it either. While traveling, I always want someone to share my thoughts with. So, as the sea refers to a lot of water I want a lot of friends to travel with. Hence, it’s Pravasea. I have also traveled to multiple places alone. But “Good company on a journey makes the way seem shorter.”
Who am I?
My Name is Aakash and I’m an Engineer. Living in a 9-5 corporate world. Yes, you read it right. Traveling is my part-time passion, and this is my story…
Where am I from?
I was born in 1997 (Young and Old at the same time) in Ahmedabad/amdavad, a mega city of one of the biggest states of India. And it has been my home since then. The city is known for its multiple titles, like, “The Manchester of India”, “The First Heritage City of India”, “Boston of India”, “Manchester of the East”, etc…
Education and Work
I’ve completed my Bachelor of Engineering in computer science in 2018. And currently working as a software engineer in a well-known IT company.
My Favorites
Favorite thing to do: Watch sunset, do nothing.

Favorite City: I’ve visited Udaipur 3 to 4 times, and this whole city is my happy place or you can say it feels like a second home.
